Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sustainability practices to enhance environmental responsibility and ethical consciousness.
∎ Drive operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
∎ Coordinate laboratory equipment calibration with external organizations for precision testing.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure customer delight.
∎ Conduct R&D activities to improve product quality and ensure market competitiveness.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve consistent product quality.
∎ Report critical quality data to SBU and operations head for informed decision-making.
∎ Review daily in-process quality assurance testing reports and initiate corrective actions as needed.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities through process excellence and effective resource management.
∎ Develop and manage yearly budgets in collaboration with the factory head and finance team.
∎ Liaise with SCM to ensure the procurement of high-quality raw materials and additives.
∎ Provide training and mentorship to the quality team to achieve performance targets.
∎ Develop talent succession planning to ensure process continuity and future leadership.
∎ Implement cost-effective quality solutions to improve operational efficiency and product excellence.
∎ Optimize departmental processes and integrate them into the ERP system.
∎ Ensure effective yearly planning, execution, and control of departmental strategies.
∎ Drive performance reviews, employee motivation, and coaching to sustain high team engagement.
∎ Establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure consistent quality, and develop an Akij Standard Parameter that aligns with all relevant national and international standards.
∎ Maintain CTQ chart and ensure customer satisfaction by maintain market and user survey.
