Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluation and ensuring proper internal production control system for the factories, Establish acceptable working tolerances in relation to all values on the specification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 10 years (At least 01 year in similar role)
∎ Candidates should be technically sound in Suit/ formal outer wear manufacturing process entirely.
∎ Must have practical experiences on Suit operation with a large-scale factory.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of floor operation, quality control/assurance, labor law, compliance issues, buyer correspondence and relevant to RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be capable to handle production team independently in tremendous pressure.
∎ Able to work under stress with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
∎ Strong people management and communication skills.
∎ This position requires excellent verbal communication skills.
∎ Good understanding of core business aspects. Complete ideas about Suit production items (fabrics -trims - accessories).
∎ He must have ideas about effective communication for accessories, making liaison with Merchandising Team about production, undertakes all formalities about factory control and ERP based production management.
Salary: Negotiable
