Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 10 years with proven track record (At least 02 years in similar role)
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in Suit/Formal Outerwear manufacturing process and quality formation.
∎ Must have practical experiences on Quality Assurance steps regarding Suit operation with a large-scale factory. Should have sound knowledge of quality control/assurance and relevant to RMG sector in Bangladesh.
∎ Must be capable to handle quality team independently in tremendous pressure.
∎ Able to work under stress with long working hours. Should have integrity and personal credibility, ability to think strategically and use sound judgment.
∎ Strong people management and communication skills.
∎ Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality procedures.
∎ This position requires excellent verbal communication skills.
∎ Good understanding of core business aspects.
∎ Complete ideas about Suit production items (fabrics - trims - accessories).
∎ He must have ideas about effective communication for accessories, making liaison with Merchandising Team about production, undertakes all formalities about quality control and factory production management.

Salary: Negotiable
