∎ At least HSC with one year diploma/ trade course in footwear manufacturing
∎ Skills Required: Production, Quality

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): TanneryFootwear
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production floor to execute production plans
∎ Manage production targets
∎ Communicate and coordinate to ensure production targets and material availability
∎ Drive process improvements
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for rejection/ rework/ customer complaints, etc and take actions
∎ Ensure policies, procedures and safety
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming orders and take actions
∎ Report to management periodically
∎ Perform any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication, analytical & leadership skills
∎ Ability to handle difficult situation, work under huge pressure & meet deadline

Salary: Negotiable
