∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire production process from the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure efficiency minimum 90% , productivity, and quality control.
∎ Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production output.
∎ Monitor and supervise day-to-day factory operations, ensuring adherence to production targets.
∎ Manage raw material planning, production scheduling, and inventory control for uninterrupted supply.
∎ Ensure that all production activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
∎ Ensure consistent monitoring of product quality to maintain high industry standards.
∎ Oversee maintenance of plant equipment and machinery to prevent downtime.
∎ Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to improve plant efficiency and lifespan.
∎ Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product integrity.
∎ Ensure an efficient supply chain process to maintain a constant flow of raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Work closely with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to optimize costs and lead times.
∎ Foster coordination across all departments for smooth factory operations.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
∎ Drive innovation and automation initiatives for process optimization.
∎ Provide leadership and mentorship to the production and factory management teams.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on production efficiency, factory performance, and challenges.
∎ Carry out management instructions as required, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
