∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking

Job Context:
∎ Proven experience to manage institutional and high net worth clients` portfolios including NRB and foreign clients
∎ Assessing attractiveness of capital markets and investment strategies
∎ Identification, evaluation, and diligence across multiple asset classes including public equities, bond, structured finance product, private equity.
∎ Monitor and evaluate existing investments
∎ Review of direct co-investment opportunities and special projects
∎ Asset allocation and risk management
∎ Preparation of internal and investment committee reports for discussion
∎ Promoting the development of new ideas, areas of research, and methods of investing
∎ Clearly articulate the firm`s products and investment processes to all audiences
∎ Develop new prospects and profitable business within the marketplace and current client base to expand investment management business
∎ Through an attentive, in-depth understanding of the specific needs of institutional investors, appropriately respond to requests for proposal, delivering exceptional presentations that establish rapport and earn the trust
∎ Act as an ambassador for the company and enhance its marketplace presence by attending industry functions such as speaking or presenting at seminars/workshops

∎ Superior financial modeling and analytic skills with a firm understanding of investment theory and financial markets
∎ Excellent research and critical thinking skills capable of synthesizing large amounts of data and information in a clear and concise manner
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills

∎ Willingness to make independent assessments and recommendations
