∎ The suitable candidate heavily knowledgeable on accounts and finance will be preferred.
∎ B. A with MBA/ Masters in Production and operation Management/MSc with MBA/M. Com with referred experience.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Khan Food is producing all type of Rice i.e Atap, Boiled, Half-boiled, Chinigura, Basmoti, Miniket, Katarivog etc. The Applicant must have thorough experience to run the fully Automatic Rice Mills having paddy crushes capacity 300MT/day. As well as he/she must have the capacity of paddy procurement by means of setting up a proper procurement network, setting up strategic marketing plan and implement the same by means of Corporate, retail and traditional rice sale, modality and manage the factory operation in a self-propelled way.
∎ Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
∎ Increase production and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs with maintain current quality standards.
∎ Ensure maximization of production output, product quality, and on-time delivery.
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with forecasted demand and take strategic initiatives to provide a clear sense of direction in Factory Operation.
∎ To maintain Hygiene and Safety Procedure as per guideline by labor director office.
∎ Address employees' issues and take necessary actions where applicable.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Manage all equipment with preventative maintenance activities required at a certain interval.
∎ Prepare & implement monthly & yearly production plan and budget on Production sale, collection procurement in a vibrant way.
∎ Ensure that all the SOP's of managerial & operational activities, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
∎ To maintain company’s legal document and renewals if any.
∎ To Maintain close relation Government Autonomous body.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10-year(s) work experience in relevant industry with 3 years’ experience at management level in the same industry.
∎ Proven experience as Head of Factory or Senior management position.
∎ Strong understanding of production and measures of performance.
∎ Familiarity with factory compliance and management best practices.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
