∎ General Management of Multiple Departments with a focus on Factory Production.
∎ Create a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving to drive performance and productivity improvement.
∎ Analyze data, develop metrics, and strategies to improve profitability, accountability, and revenue.
∎ Research and resolve reported errors and initiate efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing the root cause.
∎ Provide department productivity, process, and efficiency reporting.
∎ Establish prevailing performance standards that set high expectations for quality and performance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Packaging Industry

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Incumbent’s primary responsibilities shall include leading the operations and maintenance, the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental, corporate policies and regulations.
∎ This is a hands-on position that is responsible for maximizing daily production while minimizing costs and wastage.
∎ This position has the responsibility of developing and maintaining a motivated staff and for developing and achieving budgetary and production targets.
∎ The Incumbent’s primary responsibilities shall include leading the operations and maintenance, the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labor, safety, environmental, corporate policies and regulations.
