• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have 5 to 10 years’ experience in the Garments Accessories Business in the Poly Section.

• Should be well-behaved, honest, and able to work timely.

• Positive attitude, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Providing reports to management with feedback.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good Communication skills, and good typing speed in Bangla and English.

• Computer Skill: Microsoft Office Applications.

• Monitor and control all production processes in the Poly Section.

• Monitor production targets every hour of the day.

• Report to the production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.

• Distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connections with the respective department.

• Check the layout plan in order to achieve maximum production.

• Inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.

• Ensure the good quality of the products.

• Follow the principle of cost-minimizing.

• Supervise and manage the entire production process, from raw material input to finished product output.

• Any other tasks relevant to this role assigned by management.

• Job Location: Horindhara, Tanary Road, Hemayetpur-1340, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
