Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans for lighting and electrical accessory manufacturing, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and driving innovation through annual product planning.
∎ Oversee factory operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards while continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Manage the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely material availability and optimizing inventory management to balance costs with production needs.
∎ Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards while overseeing quality control processes to maintain high product quality and safety.
∎ Implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes, promptly addressing and resolving quality control issues to minimize downtime and customer impact.
∎ Gather and analyze after-sales feedback, collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction, and align production with market demand to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Oversee the operations and manage international supply chains and collaborations, ensuring alignment with local and global strategies and supporting international business expansion.
∎ Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, ventures, and partnerships, driving the development of new business units and expanding the company’s market presence.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture while ensuring effective workforce planning and employee engagement.
∎ Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies, provide regular feedback on product performance, and engage in market visits to connect with customer needs and industry developments.
