• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

• 20 to 25 years

• Age 45 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Experience at least 20 year(s) including 5 years in same position.
• Sound Knowledge of estimation regarding civil work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
• Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
• Excellent Computer literacy.

• Organize, monitor and lead entire team of production & sales of ready-mix concrete and asphalt.
• Set production and sales target and prepare production planning.
• Overall supervision of daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
• Co-ordination with plant manager for the effective output of the plant, monitor day to day program scheduling for deliveries to various sites.
• Ensure proper supervision of people, machines, materials, maintenance and vehicle routing.
• Ensure quality control and inspection of concrete molds and set up and service to achieve maximum team efficiency in meeting production requirements.
• Analyze workplace productivity, assign and schedule work orders so they are completed on time.
• Develop and control plan and make budget for materials, machinery, maintenance and overall expenditures. 
• Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance, develop process to increase productivity and enhance performance, ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Co-ordinates the overall activities through proper planning and effective communication with peers, team members, customers (Internal and external) suppliers and technical staff to achieve sustained growth of the company.
• Manage sales and marketing staffs, providing mentoring, establishing high performance standards and leading continuous improvement efforts in the organization ensure recovery of advance and post sales dues in time.
• Organize and manage marketing functions, including market development, brand image development, product management, marketing communication and technical matters.
• Evaluate emerging market and consumer needs competitive forces and technological implementation in the market.
• Provide complete support for the promotion of sales to achieve the desired target.
• Responsible to develop new articles time to time as per the trend of the market and customers demand.
• Safeguard for any loss and damage if any caused by negligence and improper use of operation specially plant/ transport/transit mixtures.
• Remain updated market condition and endeavor for new venture.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management authority.
