• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 30 years

·        Take full responsibility for the overall performance and smooth running of the service center.

·        Lead, guide, and manage the entire service team, including technicians, supervisors, and support staff.

·        Ensure every customer gets high-quality, timely service.

·        Develop and implement clear service processes to improve efficiency and reduce repair/replace turnaround times.

·        Manage the inventory of spare parts.

·        Handle the service center's budget, control costs, and work towards improving profitability.

·        Monitor daily service activities and prepare regular reports on performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
