Cost Budget

• Supervise overall costing and pricing part & own brand development.

• Checking all buyer cost and pricing and taking decision also coordinate all team members.

• Prepare accurate product costing based on materials, labor, overheads, and process requirement.

• Analyze fabric, trims, accessories, and manufacturing costs to achieve target pricing.

• Coordinate with sourcing, merchandizing, and production teams to optimize costs.

• Sometimes negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost competitiveness.

• monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

• Update and maintain costs sheets for new and existing products.

• Ensure costing compliance with buyer requirements and company margins.

Product Development (PD)

• Develop new products/styles as per buyer briefs, trends, and market requirements.

• Coordinate with design, sampling, sourcing and production teams for timely development.

• Manage sample development (proto, fit, SMS,PP samples) within defined timelines.

• Source suitable materials with quality and cost targets.

• Ensure product feasibility in terms of cost, quality, and manufacturability.

• Track development progress and communicate updates to buyers and internal teams.

• Support approvals and handover to bulk production.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to costing and product development.

• Worked in SAP software.

• Report to Management.
