Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Information Systems Security (MISS) in Management Information System
∎ Skills Required: Computer Hardware and Networking, Data Analysis, MS SQL Server , programing language, Software Development, Software Proficiency
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, IT System Management, MIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all technology operations and evaluate them in accordance with established company goals.
∎ Designing and implementing IT policies and systems that support the implementation of upper management's strategic plans.
∎ Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
∎ Work closely with other departments to streamline the company's policies and procedures through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
∎ Identifying the technology needs of all departments by analyzing their business requirements.
∎ Evaluating technical efficiency regularly and making necessary changes.
∎ Identify technological trends and competitive advantages that can benefit the company.
∎ Establish disaster recovery plans in the event of a breach, also known as disaster recovery policies.
∎ Developing Data Collection Tool and also correction in the tool whenever it's required
∎ Provide and supervise data processing services for the proposed MIS of the company
∎ Planning of action-oriented monitoring for all the IT related things
∎ Provide training and necessary assistance for the staff involved in implementation and maintenance of the software system;
∎ Collection, compilation and analysis of MIS reports
∎ Ensures that operational processes and procedures support senior management initiatives and strategic objectives.
∎ Analyses the needs of all departments and establishes priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and / or modify the company's information processing systems.
∎ Establishes, plans and administers departmental work standards, policies and procedures.
∎ Assists the Directors with the planning and implementation of activities within the MIS Department as requested.
∎ Coordinates the implementation of hardware, software and network upgrades with Systems Development, Network Systems and Business Analysis staff.
∎ Administers Information Systems related procurement, administrative, budgetary and processes.
∎ Responsible for overall system security and access control, to ensure that system functions, programs and files cannot be accessed without specific authorization.
∎ Preparation of New MIS format and support for MIS publication.
∎ Performs any additional duties assigned by management.
