∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing who will be directly leading one of our Australian companies marketing team. Your core responsibility as the Head of Marketing will be leading all aspects of marketing, working in close collaboration with the broader team to drive growth and expansion into new regions and verticals and reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and set the overall marketing strategy
∎ Work with sales, product, engineering, CST, and leadership teams (LT) to understand the company’s profile and sector positioning, to inform the development of content to fit the objective of the brand, and ensure content is delivered to the right audience through insightful targeting and segmentation
∎ Develop, manage and report end-to-end on all digital marketing campaigns. Campaigns will encompass Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), content marketing, pay per click marketing, account based marketing (ABM) and email direct marketing
∎ Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns that deliver results
∎ Lead and mentor a team of marketers across all internal functions
∎ Manage contractors, vendors and deliver to the marketing budget
∎ Oversee development of content to support marketing strategies, project manage graphic design, website/front-end development and technical SEO partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of content to support content marketing strategies
∎ Facilitate the expansion of coreplus products to new markets
∎ Lead new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and generate tangible results
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience
∎ Former SaaS Marketing experience is a must
∎ 3+ years in a B2B SaaS marketing leadership role
∎ Experienced in hiring and managing high performing teams
∎ Demonstrated experience in both inbound and outbound (ABM)
∎ Experience designing, crafting and organizing integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, digital across the entire customer lifecycle
∎ Deep understanding of SEO, paid marketing, email direct marketing and other digital marketing strategies
∎ Passionate and pro-active, driven and results orientated.
∎ Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
∎ Native English speaking ability
∎ Previous experience in Health Tech will be looked on favorably
∎ Experience with marketing tools and automation such as HubSpot, Lemlist, StreamYard, Vidyard, Circle, Intercom, Adobe
∎ Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies
∎ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
∎ Team player.
∎ Good time-management skills.
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Excellent grammatical and spelling skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Experienced working in agile methodology
∎ Previously worked in remote working operations and management
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Work hour: 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM
∎ Weekdays: Monday to Friday
∎ Type: Remotely (WFH) at the moment
