Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Hon's, MBA in Sales & Marketing will added advantage. Educational requirements can be considered upon experience .
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure and find the new buyer along the development, customer satisfaction of all level and competitive process and increasing profit margins.
∎ Assure that whole monthly production capacity of 10 lines woven factory is filled with either CM or FOB profitable orders .
∎ To liaise with the buyer on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Monitor and assist in the development & creation of new buyers for expanding the business.
∎ Have to do overseas & local marketing and correspondence with excellence.
∎ Ensure and supervise the marketing and planning team activities in order to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth business.
∎ Ability to do order costing individually, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.
∎ Ensure excellent communication with buyer for any technical clarification, when is required.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment on time.
∎ Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned time and action plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Able to independent and creative thinker to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Ensure market development through maintaining a strong relation with clients.
