Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration, Business Communication, Management, Economics or relevant subject from any reputed University.
Should have minimum 10 years of experience in Cosmetics products marketing in any reputed company. Experienced in the marketing of cosmetics, food items, spice & water may be given preference.
Should have detailed knowledge of food and cosmetics plant operations.
Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of food or cosmetics products from a reputable company. Preference may be given to candidates experienced in manufacturing cosmetics, food items, spices, and water.
Conceptualizing and implementing the marketing strategy & plan in alignment with business objectives.
Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the marketing strategy, and establishing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Leading the overall brand`s financial planning, developing plans and forecasts that drive growth and achieve profit objectives for the brand.
Sourcing and managing agencies for key marketing functions, such as PR, advertising, media, social, and digital, to leverage specialized expertise and amplify marketing efforts.
Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all marketing channels, including online, offline, and social platforms.· Building a high-performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business activities.
Managing and reviewing the marketing budget to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
Staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies, conducting market research, and gathering insights to inform marketing decisions and stay ahead in the industry. · Should have skills in preparing and presenting reports of ongoing activities and future business planning (including audio-visual presentation).
