• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Engineering, Industrial Production, Operations Management, or related field.

We Require

• Minimum 18-20 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple plants/factories.

• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and people leadership.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to all ACI Foods factories, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational targets.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and materials utilization to maximize output, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, and regulatory standards while fostering a zero-incident safety culture.
• Lead Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and digital initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and elevate product quality.
• Track production efficiency, capacity utilization, OEE, downtime, and wastage, taking corrective actions to sustain operational excellence.
• Mentor Factory Heads and teams, promote skill development, accountability, teamwork, and a culture of problem-solving and innovation.
• Champion automation, digital manufacturing, and process innovations to strengthen competitiveness and future readiness.
