∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and drive all the existing and new wealth management(WM), Liability and Treasury products
∎ Implement one BD Finance Approach within the team and also drive the values within wealth management
∎ Drive the culture of portfolio approach and Trusted Advisory Model among the WM team
∎ Ensure best in class service and products are offered to the target market clients
∎ Ensure that new WM products are modified to meet the requirements of the clients, regulators, compliance and regional teams
∎ Building and monitoring target driven sales team across the branches
∎ Relationship management and building diverse customers base
∎ Develop guidelines and processes in compliance with regulatory framework
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years relevant experience in NBFI/ Bank.
∎ Result oriented and hands-on approach
∎ Excellent relationship management skill
∎ Proven track record of leading large team for liability
∎ comprehensive leadership & value addition to WM business
