Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential individual & corporate deposit customers & follow-up for new deposit collection.
∎ Achievement of the annual Liability business set by CVC Finance PLC
∎ Cross-selling of other products and services of the Company to scale up revenue, profitability and growth, ensuring customer service, operational excellence, management of all kinds of risks, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Perform due diligence on the client’s identity and sources of funds at the time of establishing a business relationship.
∎ Renewal/ Retention of existing liability customers, ensure quality customer service to existing & new customers of CVC Finance.
∎ Explore business opportunities through various routes to market. ·
∎ Weekly/ Monthly business performance reporting to the line manager.
∎ Maintain discipline, ethical standards, and compliance in all transactional matters with CVC Finance.

A comprehensive understanding of the NBFI industry and current market trends is essential to conceptualize, develop, and implement strategies for new liability products. This includes product innovation, pricing strategy formulation, establishing product guidelines, and designing effective branding and marketing plans.
