Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete Knowledge about the Management, Mission, Vision, and Core Values of CVC Finance Ltd.
∎ Identify potential individual & corporate deposit customers & follow-up for new deposit collection.
∎ Achievement of annual Liability business set by CVC Finance Ltd.
∎ Cross selling of other products and services of the Company to scale up revenue, profitability and growth ensuring customer service, operational excellence, management of all kind of risks, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
∎ Perform due diligence on client's identity and sources of fund at the time of establishing business relationship,
∎ Renewal/ Retention of existing liability customers, ensure quality customer service to existing & new customer of CVC Finance.
∎ Explore business opportunities through various routes to market,
∎ Weekly/ Monthly business performance reporting to line manager,
∎ Maintain discipline, ethical standard and compliance in all transactional matters with CVC Finance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 50 years
∎ Excellent Liability relationship with good number of banks & FI's
∎ Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
∎ Experience of dealing with customers will be preferred.
∎ Interested in process improvement.
∎ Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
