∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To identify training needs, prepare training modules and implement training programs in consultation with line management
∎ To build a Training culture within the organization by arranging and facilitating necessary employee training
∎ To organize monthly & annual training budgets and identify training needs for new and existing employees|
∎ Planning, forming and implementing each year's training calendar, training materials of various departments by maintaining standards
∎ To identify the close gaps in existing staff members' skills through Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
∎ To monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training
∎ To seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve
∎ To measure employee information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials and making training courses pleasant
∎ To integrate relevant technology solutions to enhance the delivery and tracking of training programs
∎ To manage relationships with external training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development
∎ To ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
∎ To prepare and submit regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives to the management
