Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Build a training culture within the organization and assess training needs as well as develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Organize monthly/annual training budgets and identify training needs for new and existing employees.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars along with utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.
∎ Direct to design training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives.
∎ Conduct interactive training sessions for new hires and ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, participant evaluations, and performance metrics.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
∎ Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.
∎ Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure that, training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives to the management.
