∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Lean Management, LEAN Manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishment of the Operational Excellence (OPEX) / Lean Continuous Improvement Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution
∎ Provide overall direction and coordination for strategic and project-based initiatives that support business growth and profit.
∎ Established and Empowered OPEX team to implement Operational Excellence "Road Map" across the organization
∎ Initiated to carry out Operational Excellence "Maturity Assessments" to understand site/teams strengths and weaknesses and drive the implementation of improvement plans
∎ Coach & develop all level of leaderships (Plant director to Team Leader) as a Lean leader and execute process focus problem-solving culture based on PDCA methodology and implement discipline supervisory culture.
∎ Initiated to carry out Operational Excellence "Maturity Assessments" to understand site/teams strengths and weaknesses and drive the implementation of improvement plans
∎ Developed the central Operational Excellence team and program by actively networking with peers from the community and promote culture of sharing best practices.
