∎ B.Sc / M.Sc. in Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Knit-Dyeing, Dyeing Quality Management and other Managerial job
∎ Prepare dyeing plan and it's right implementation.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Dying process is going good with quality production
∎ To set priority to dye fabric according to batch plan
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize fabric dying cost but with best quality output
∎ Have to take necessary initiatives to train-up the Persons to improve their skill & team work capability for better control in productivity, quality assurance, schedule maintenance, customer service, timely delivery and Man Handle in their respective area.
∎ Overall monitoring of production activities & required trouble shooting measures.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ From planning to timely delivery with quality will be the responsibility of the respective incumbent
∎ Monitor and ensure that the inter-departmental communication is good.
∎ To keep communication with marketing- merchandising team regarding sourcing of orders accordingly.
∎ To take necessary disciplinary actions, performance assessment of the workers & stuff, Strong monitoring on administrative activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Experienced on estimating product cost & new product analysis & development.
∎ Experienced to maintain the std. of various buyers
∎ Have extensive knowledge & experience in processing and dyeing on Cotton, Polyester, PC, CVC, Polyamide, Acrylic and Viscose etc.
∎ Have good knowledge on effluent treatment plants (ETP).
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind Dyeing machinery
∎ A good interpersonal and communication skill over English Language is mandatory.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge is also mandatory.
∎ Should have innovative & good decision maker
∎ Should be very technical in leading the department
