Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any Reputed Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Dyeing Production, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, Monitoring, overseeing & ensuring of the overall functions of Knit Dyeing Industry as technical head of the factory.
∎ Should have good managerial & leadership capability to handle a big team effectively and efficiently.
∎ Must have vast technical knowledge in Knit Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Should have adequate job experience to run the Knit-Dyeing mill.
∎ Responsible for ensuring the execution from planning to on time delivery for each and every order by maintaining highest degree of quality.
∎ Proper understanding on buyers’ fabric requirements and deliver them within the time frame as per T&A.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric dyeing process is going on by following SOP’s and by maintaining good quality.
∎ Must have knowledge regarding the technical way to minimize fabric dyeing cost & process loss.
∎ Should have good technical knowledge on chemical dye formula/process to create the right colour.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dyeing process.
∎ Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way following the international procedure.
∎ Possess high degree of analytical ability on each and every dyeing finishing process & AOP.
∎ Must have proven track record to work in reputed knit-dyeing mills, should be dynamic and able to accept the challenge.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & train-up fellow staffs.
∎ Should have ability to prepare and maintain various reports and documents in respect of technical matters.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management as and when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be positive in nature
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate job experience to run a Large Textile Mill.
∎ He should have good knowledge in Dying and Quality.
∎ Must have proven track of work at Knit sectors in Reputation Company.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
