Responsibilities & Context:
Manage IT (information technologies) performance of the organization by defining, implementing and delivering operational procedures
Responsible for overseeing IT installation, ensuring back-up systems operate effectively, purchasing hardware & software cost effectively and providing the IT infrastructures to Doreen
Analyze business needs presented by users and recommend technical solutions with completion timeline
Ensure hardware support, network support for internet, email & ERP connection to all new joiners or existing employees and conduct trouble shooting to resolve problems by receiving complaints from the different users of Doreen
Monitor coordination with purchase department to lead procurement of IT products by identifying the products, providing it`s specification and selecting vendors in a cost effective manner
Responsible for supervising Installing hardware and peripheral components
Supervise loading of appropriate software packages such as operating systems
Administer email and anti-virus systems on regular basis
Monitor troubleshooting and resolve user issues relative to all corporate software in a timely manner
Ensure maintenance of main server, firewall, in-house servers and remote services support to all employees
Plan, design and establish IT infrastructure; such as: accomplish network server setup, manage hardware aspects & software applications support and ensure secure connectivity with local network
Ensure the deployment, maintenance and upgrade of all current IT functions and manage the seamless uptime of network in order to provide best services
Conduct all kinds of trouble shooting, manage on time resolution of network problem to ensure the smooth operations of Doreen IT
