Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Minimum Graduation in Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/ Information & Communication Engineering
∎ Having M.Sc in IT Field/ MBA will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage all contracts in relation to ICT, Estates and Facilities and to plan and carry out the renewal, renegotiation these contracts in a timely way
∎ To act as Budget Manager for company's expenditure on IT and Premises assets and associated resource expenditure on accommodation and facilities
∎ To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the Information Technology division
∎ Responsible for the delivery and security of a modern, flexible and extensible IT infrastructure.
∎ Benchmark the current IT service standards and IT policies and take steps to improve the same to ensure industry best practices
∎ Ready to undertake major IT projects to ensure the best services to customers at optimum cost by delivering infra-structure and internet platform
∎ To lead a team that is responsible for both System Administrations & Network Services relevant activities
∎ Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization
∎ Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining, administering and monitoring access
∎ Deploy systems with respect to application requirements
∎ Installation, configuration & administration of WINDOWS/ Linux Servers, Maintain & Manage various services running in WINDOWS/ Linux system which include mail server
∎ Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions across the organization.
∎ To work closely with other function's managers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the company
∎ Manage major incident/ disaster with a quick response and develop Business Continuity Plan
∎ To identify Technology related problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time in consultation with the Management of the company
∎ To understand the capability of team under commands and provide yearly career development plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Certification in any of the following fields will have added advantage:
∎ Network: CCNA, CCNA Security CCNP, CCNP Security
∎ Operating System: Linux / Unix Systems Administration (Nagios), MS Exchange, Windows Active Directory 2012
∎ Hacking and Forensic investigation: Firewall, IPS & IDS audit, CEH and CHFI
