∎ Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Certificates: Certifications on Microsoft, Oracle and IT Projects Management PMP/Prince2 are required.

∎ Minimum 20 years of proven work experience in IT, where minimum 3 years as Head of IT Work experience in Large Group of Companies.
∎ Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
∎ Strong understanding of cyber security principles and best practices.
∎ Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and enterprise software solutions.
∎ Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
∎ Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities.
∎ Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
∎ Development experience in Oracle Apex, Java and .net
∎ Knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and data architecture.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and goals.
∎ Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of IT resources.
∎ Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust ERP and Software.
∎ Ensure the implementation of comprehensive cyber security measures to protect the organization’s data and systems from threats.
∎ Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal allocation of resources.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
∎ Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
∎ Ensure the organization’s IT practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Work closely with other departments and executive leadership to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
∎ To ensure that the Board of Directors are supported, as required.
∎ Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and goals.
