∎ Having CSAA & CIPA professional degree

∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years banking experience out of which 10 years in Islamic Banking area, especially 5 years in Islamic Banking Division in the Conventional Bank.
∎ Should have good knowledge in all areas of banking operations.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Shariah Laws.
∎ Must have experience in maintaining co-ordination with Shariah Supervisory Committee, ensuring investment of Funds, maintaining SLR/CRR, train up manpower, maintaining separate funds and accounts for Islamic Banking
∎ Age not exceeding 50 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, Implement, review, & interpret the Shariah Banking Policies, Guidelines and Manuals for the bank in appropriate manner.
∎ Be responsible for leading Islamic Banking business of the Bank, assuring its full integration with other activities of the bank.
∎ Ensure compliance of Banking Laws, Shariah Law & Regulations, Bank’s instructions and procedures in accordance with Shariah principles.
∎ Plan, organize & manage the business targets under Shariah Banking principles with potential market share & sustainable growth.
∎ Capacity development of existing employees by providing training different aspects of Shariah Banking.
∎ Assist Shariah Supervisory Committee.
