• Experience Requirements:
• The candidate should have at least 12 years practical experience in which at least 5 years exposure in banks/non-banking financial institutions.
• Proven experience as a mobile app developer with expertise in Flutter framework.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server Database and experience in database design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database 19c and experience in database design and implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Dart, Java, or Kotlin.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between mobile apps and servers (SQL Server and Oracle Server 19c).
• A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
• Should be able to work under pressure and must have mental resilience.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages.

• Lead and manage the IT department and provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation and evaluation of an innovative IT strategy.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and standards for the use of IT. Ensure that all IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
• Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
• Supervise and manage servers, security solutions, network hardware and equipment. Maintain the database, active directory, web server, mail and proxy server etc.
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
• Identify and report on risk, including compliance, to initiate corrective action and meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and document business process objectives and design to identify required information systems controls. Monitor the information systems control design and implementation process to ensure that it is implemented effectively and within time, budget and scope.
• Ensuring storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly. Develop, co-ordinate and perform anti-virus activities (Upgrade, User Training, Virus Removal, virus Log maintenance).
• Implement a standard data center using firewall, server and storage with VMWare Technology in CVCFL. Ensure isolated power and server room with Environmental Monitoring System considering regulatory policies and guideline.
• Manage financial aspects of the IT Division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
• Successfully implemented “ERA-Financial System” and other solutions to facilitate the financial sector with technology. 
• Arrange training for user, parallel run and UAT planning, test cases selection, report requirement analysis. Analyzes the needs of the organization, establishes priorities for systems design and implementation in the organization.
• Lead the projects and implement future electronic systems.
• Introduce the IT Disaster Recovery Site and coordinate testing and reporting of data backup restorations.
• Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements. Manage communication infrastructure and development plans, projects, policies and procedures.
