Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Graduate / Masters from any Recognized and well Reputed University can also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and Design Layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum output.
∎ Prepare Operation Breakdown (OB) and SMV Calculation.
∎ Costing SMV and Thread Consumption to Merchandiser.
∎ Follow up machine wise manpower layout, budget and allocation for entire factory.
∎ Reduce Non Value Adding Activities, Drive Actions to create Standardization and Simplification of Process.
∎ Find out and reduce Non-productive Time (NPT).
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine Manufacturing Processes,
∎ Manpower requirements and Production Standards.
∎ To train production & non-production employees to increase productivity.
∎ Follow up & find out daily basis machine wise efficiency, performance, wastage of daily production.
∎ Find out bottleneck at the time of production, find out root cause and give proper solution.
∎ Carry out and find line & floor efficiency on hourly production monitoring system and to update report.
∎ To maintain and follow up floor wise Motion Study & Method Study of Respective Operation using GSD Tools.
∎ To control and minimize Direct & Indirect Factory Labor Cost.
∎ To work on any other Project / Task assigned by the Company Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Worked in formalwear Suits, Blazer, Jacket, Coat, Vest, Dress pant, etc. manufacturing Company.
∎ Knowledge and expertise in Quality Systems, GSD and Lean Manufacturing Process.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and Office Applications.
