Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise and overall responsible of factory engineering department.
∎ Perform scheduledi preventivel break down maintenance of continuous process machinery such electrical & electro-mechanical machineries inside the factory including Generator, Compressor, etc.
∎ Responsible for installation, erection, commissioning and servicing for plant machinery and all types of electrical channel, lighting system, power point & all other electrical works.
∎ Deal with various utility service provider (PDB, Gas, T & T, WASA, etc.) including licensing.
∎ Work on different Engineering CAPs given by relevant buyers.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Prepare factories for different audits along with ethical environmentall technical/ electrical, safety, etc.
∎ Installation and work of firefighting system.
∎ Maintaining optimum spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
∎ Responsible for project implementation with guiding team, preparing BOQ, approvals and execution.
∎ Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence.
∎ Any other assignments are given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in formalwear (Suits, Blazer, Jacket, Coat, Vest, Dress pant, etc.) manufacturing.
∎ Knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Office is required.
∎ Candidate should be proactive, target oriented and can-do attitude.
∎ Should have interpersonal skill, managing team and maintaining performance.
∎ Working under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
