Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering or textile Engineering
∎ Industrial & Production Engineering or textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set Time standards and work for reduce the times
∎ Improve methods and achieve savings
∎ Improve resource utilization and achieve savings
∎ Analyze, implement and maintain new systems and operating procedures
∎ Improve Quality assurance systems and standards
∎ Analyze cost effectiveness and report to management
∎ Control excessive overtime and reduce costs
∎ Plan and conduct training and development programs for improve knowledge and skills of workers and staffs
∎ Maintain all required data records
∎ Provide costing inputs
∎ Provide planning inputs
∎ Conduct cost reduction drives
∎ Provide thread consumption
∎ Achieve plan targets of outputs
∎ Perform the tasks assign by the management
∎ Achieve continual improvements
∎ Manage and drive the departmental work force to perform the responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be skilled in IE, Lean, 5S, Kaizen Kanban,
Salary: Negotiable
