Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in relevant discipline from any public university. MBA with a major in Human Resources is preferred.
∎ At least twelve (12) years of progressively responsible work experience in the area of human resources, including three (03) years as a Head of the department, preferably in the hospital environment.
∎ Professional qualification: preferably Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and certified SHRM-SCP/ SPHRi/ sHRBP/ CIPD/ HR for People Manager Specialization, etc.

∎ We are currently looking for a knowledgeable, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic professional for the following position: Head of Human Resources.
∎ As the Head of HR is responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources, planning, implementing and supervising of all functions of the department. S/he is also responsible for efficient management and developing strategies for effective support through recruitment and developing an extraordinary resource pool of staff. The incumbent will also be responsible for key result areas (KRA), particularly in policy development & interpretation, compensation and benefits review, performance management, staff training and development, employee welfare, counseling, disciplinary action and implementation of HR operations. The incumbent is also responsible for coordination/liaison with different departments and outside organizations. S/he is responsible for staff development and management and also preparation and monitoring of department’s budget. Participates on committees as the secretary and on special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policy development and Effective Human Resource Planning and Recruitment.
∎ Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization’s compliance.
∎ Maintain responsibility for organization compliance with local legislation and statutory quality compliance.
∎ Communicate changes in the organization’s HR policies and procedures and ensure that proper compliance is followed through efficient monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Pay Structure and Staff’s Welfare Plan.
∎ Performance Management of the hospital staff members.
∎ Ensure effective staff transition process and disciplinary action.
∎ Enable branch hospitals to efficiently manage HR functions by providing high quality support and ensuring regular monitoring.
∎ Formulate and implement succession plan for the clinical and non-clinical staff members of the hospitals in coordination with the departments.
∎ Ensure information System and Record Management.
∎ Perform as the Secretary of the internal committees and produce papers, minutes and bring out routine reports.

∎ Good in team management and team building consisting of different level of staff.
∎ Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
∎ Excellent communication (written and oral) and report writing skills.
∎ Should have staff supervision and development skill.
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in software handling is a must for the post.
