Education:
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are preferred.

∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of HR leadership experience in a large organization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
∎ At least 5 years in Leadership role in any large group of companies (local/multinational)
∎ Manufacturing/ Electronic/ Home Appliances Industries experiences are preferable
∎ Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR analytics.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures, and employee relations.
∎ Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
∎ Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and workforce planning.

∎ Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement programs, grievance handling, and compliance with labor laws.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
∎ HR Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies while maintaining best industry practices.
∎ Diversity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive work environment and implement DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives.
∎ HR Technology & Data Analytics: Utilize HRIS and analytics to drive workforce planning and decision-making.
