Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Change Management Initiatives, Human Resource Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development, Workforce Development and Succession Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, HR policies, processes, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that create a positive workplace culture and foster employee satisfaction and productivity.
∎ Contribute and ensure process automation in overall HR functions such as recruitment, training & development, HRBP operations.
∎ Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance and local labor laws and regulations and recommended best practices, review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
∎ Analyze, develop and set KPI & KRA to measure performance at the optimum level with clear goals and objectives, regular feedback, and opportunities for growth and development. Ensure on-time performance appraisal of the employees
∎ Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs aligned with business goals.
∎ Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound HR decisions based on data and analysis.
∎ Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee information.
∎ Having good leadership qualities and being able to manage conflicts.
Salary: Negotiable
