∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Proven track records in the HR field with a renowned organization.
∎ Should display good leadership, motivational, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for Organizational Development by manpower planning, re-structuring, and HR budgeting in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
∎ To develop, implement and review policies, SOPs, and employee handbook in compliance with statutory laws, company objectives, and industry practices.
∎ To deal with Talent Acquisition & Management by leading and administrating the recruitment & selection process, competency mapping, managing talent, retention strategies, and succession planning.
∎ To deal with Training & Learning through assessing each employee's training needs (TNA), preparing annual training plan, developing training modules, facilitating training, and measuring outcomes of the training (ROI). To ensure employee induction program (EIP) for each newly joined employee.
∎ To deal with Compensation & Benefits management by designing, analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
∎ To deal with KPI-based Performance Management System through continuous development and implementation, monthly KPI reviewing and necessary activities.
∎ To ensure HR Automation by proper implementation and management of the Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).
∎ To improve Employee Relations through maintaining employer-employee relationships that contribute to increased productivity, motivation, and morale; dealing with poor performance, grievances and disciplinary issues, etc. of employees.
∎ To lead the administrative activities which include asset management, vehicle management, purchase, events management, security management, employee health & hygiene, communication etc.
∎ To lead the team in maintaining liaison with government and semi-government offices for various issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
