Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree or MBA in HRM/ PA/PR, with proven Academic background from a reputed Local or Foreign University
∎ PGD-HRM will get preference
∎ Skills Required: General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ General HR Management: Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, HR policies, process, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Talent Acquisition: Strategic Recruitment and selection of potential resources to ensure the skill & leadership profile of key managers. Identify esteemed sources of quality candidates to comply the expectation of the organization to move forward with Operational Excellence
∎ Performance Management: Analyze, develop and set clear KPI & KRA to measure performance at the optimum level, in accordance to the objective of the company. Ensure on time performance appraisal of the employees.
∎ Organizational Development: Responsible for Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management process, people development, performance management, career and succession planning.
∎ Training & Development: TNA (Training Needs Assessment) is a key role and produce relevant training in house or external. Post Training performance analysis to see the training performance rate.
∎ HR Administration: Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly in line with the business plan, relate to the yearly HR reporting to Management
∎ Discipline: Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company as per the law of the land
∎ HRIS: Plan and implement fully automated efficient HRIS systems with an aim to implement ERP solution
∎ HR Monitoring: Responsible for overall HR Activities of Head office as well Branch and Factory HR, are functioning to ensure the core expectation of the Organization. Responsible to monitor, manage, maintain, and improve admin operation, attendance & leave, transport, security, safety, maintenance and admin related matters of the Company.
∎ External Communication: Represent as spokesperson of the company in dealing with government high officials, police department, local conciliator etc.
∎ Policy Implementation: Formulation of relevant Functional Policy, HR Manual and other related to the fundamental function of the Organization in align with the Management view & law of state

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong Communication & Leadership skills, Rapport building quality are prerequisite for the position;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): General HR, OD, T&D, Talent Acquisition, KPI, Policy drafting, HRIS etc.
∎ Must be an effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy is a must exclusively in office package.
