Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Finalize and follow up on the shipment schedule with TOD.
∎ Finalize style-wise finishing bulletin targets based on planning.
∎ Plan machinery and manpower, considering skill levels.
∎ Set up the layout and ensure proper balance.
∎ Monitor hourly production.
∎ Follow up on low-efficiency operations and guide helpers for improvement.
∎ Enhance productivity by controlling Overtime, Machine & material Utilization.
∎ Reduce non-value-added operations while improving processes.
∎ Manage floor findings and control WIP (Work in Progress).
∎ Responsible for generating accurate finishing efficiency reports.
