Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline/ MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and development of human resources policies, practices and guidelines to ensure alignment of HR Strategy with corporate business strategy.
∎ Implementation of HR planning, talent acquisition, people capability development, performance management, talent retention and talent separation management in order to ensure smooth operations of all units/departments.
∎ Preparation of company-wide personnel related budgets as well as the overall HR budget in line with the business plan
∎ Establish, refine and manage the company-wide annual salary review process (including surveys and compensation plan submission) to ensure competitive positioning and outcomes linked to individual performance, within the framework of policy and budgets.
∎ Providing consultation to the stakeholders, management of the process and participation in the development and communication of the organization's vision and culture
∎ Ensuring of HR Audit and compliance.
∎ Recruiting and managing team and taking necessary development programs along with training to cause team spirit and performance.
∎ Developing a strong second and third line within the promised time frame.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
