∎ Graduation in business disciplines with a professional degree like CA/ CMA/ CFA/ ACCA or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the financial health of the organization by forecasting financial growth with crafting & executing financial strategies in line with organization strategies
∎ Evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other finance-related transactions to determine their performance and suitability by proper financial analysis
∎ Prepare financial reports and ensure regulatory and statutory reporting on time
∎ Dealing all sorts of Tax & VAT issues and maintaining effective communication with VAT & Tax authority/office
∎ Ensure day-to-day financial operations and transactions on time with following proper regulations and state of the art practice
∎ Ensure proper financial management and budgetary control
∎ Dealing external auditors and regulatory inspection and maintain effective liaison with regulatory bodies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years of relevant experience preferably in Bank/NBFI.
∎ In depth knowledge of market & industry; Hands-on experience in financial modeling, reporting, financial management and regulatory compliance
∎ Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management skill, team building and people management skill
