∎ Graduation / Post Graduation from any reputed University with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the organization of documentation of deposit clients as per company policy
∎ Assign and distribute tasks to Unit members to attain Departmental as well as Organizational target
∎ Plan and direct team members for effective use of man-hour(s) by cutting redundant working process
∎ Propose periodic training to ensure continuous improvement of the human resources of the Unit
∎ Develop and implement various policies and procedures within the Unit to attain operational and financial objective of the company
∎ Ensure implementation of operational policies within the company to comply with regulatory requirements
∎ Supervise the development and implementation of various financial calculation models within the Unit;
∎ Co-ordinate the preparation of various financial statements and to disseminate the summarize reports to management
∎ Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in similar role, with at least 03 years’ experience in managerial position in Banks / NBFIs
∎ Profound knowledge on accounting applications
∎ Good command over Microsoft applications i.e. word, excel, PowerPoint, Visio
∎ Must have excellent communication skill, strong interpersonal skill and good analytical skill
∎ Familiar with NBFI products and processes
