Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Candidates must have LL.B (Hon's) and LLM /Bar at Law degree from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and monitor the litigations of MTB across the country;
∎ To supervise timely filing of the litigations under the NI Act, 1881, Artharin Adalat Ain, 2003 and others;
∎ To ensure the appearance of the litigation officers before the concern Court for taking necessary steps;
∎ To ensure the execution of warrant of arrests issued against the defaulted Clients;
∎ To pursue Law Chamber for quick disposal of the litigations;
∎ To supervise and ensure every step is taken in the litigations timely and properly;
∎ To monitor the litigations expeditiously for quick disposal.
∎ To ensure all correspondences with Law Chamber in written or through mail;
∎ To ensure timely submission of updated litigation data and report to MIS Unit for regulatory compliance;
∎ To Furnish legal opinion/guidance upon litigation matters, internal departments and business;
∎ To supervise other legal and para-legal issues to be assigned/instructed by Head of Group Legal to upheld the interest of Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8 Years in litigation related to banking or financial industries. Must be High Court enrolled
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure;
∎ Ability and willingness to make visible contribution in the quick disposal of the litigation;
∎ Strong communication in both English and Bangla & interpersonal skill;
∎ Candidate must possess a minimum 2nd Division at both graduation and post-graduation level and minimum 1st Division at S.S.C and H.S.C levels;
∎ Interested candidates must have mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh;
∎ Candidates must have good knowledge about Banking related Laws and Company Laws;
∎ Candidates must have good drafting skills and strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint; and
∎ Candidate must have high moral character with integrity and good professional track record.
∎ Candidate must have professional membership and certification with the relevant authority.
