Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and organize different business activities and gather customer information and ensure its quality service and accuracy.
∎ Keeping constant contact with different corporate companies regarding company's product/services and sending different proposal letter.
∎ Provide marketing related information to customers and follow up with them regarding proposals for Business Development and all other requests.
∎ Procure & retain group business using both internal & external resources of the company.
∎ Meeting existing & prospective clients from time to time to retain as well as for future business growth of the company.
∎ Ensure timely A to Z services of the clients like policy issue, alteration, database management, claim payment, etc. sign contract & maintain good relationship with the potential customers.
∎ Keeping close liaison with the reinsurer including proper documentation and payment of due premium to the reinsurer.
∎ Common Service: Recording & maintaining all register, claim intimation & payment registers.
∎ Accounts & MIS: Issuance of money receipt & record of premium income, keep record of various financial transactions, preparation of various statements, provide various financial statements to the Board, Management & regulatory bodies.
∎ Servicing & Claims: Issuance of cover note, preparation of draft & final contract, prepare of alteration bills for inclusion & exclusion of members, ensure re-insurance & underwriting requirements & settlement of claims.
