Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the marketing and business development activities of the Bank's non-personal business and to develop business relationships in a bid to increase profitability.
∎ Maximize customer profitability through cross sales of the Bank products and appropriate loan pricing.
∎ Ensure credit quality is maintained and that reviews are current at all times.
∎ Ensure prudent level of portfolio diversification.
∎ Provide input/advice to the MD/Board regarding the formulation of strategic operating plans.
∎ Maintain in depth knowledge of the loan market
∎ Lead a relationship team to develop and manage quality and profitable corporate customer portfolio and also contribute to the development of relationships management skills of staff in Corporate Banking.
∎ Participate in development of Business action plan, budget and strategic plans ensuring compliance with Bank credit policies and Central Bank regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ 15 years of working experience in Commercial Banks of which 5 years as Head of Corporate Banking or Deputy Head of Corporate Banking.
∎ Excellent relationship management skill with a focus on financial and budget requirements
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate Banking, Trade Services, local regulations and exposure to Corporate Banking industry.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must.
∎ Good communication skill.
