Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning: Developing and executing the division's strategic vision, business goals, and growth strategies, aligning them with the overall organizational objectives.
∎ Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with corporate clients, and expanding the division's customer base to drive revenue growth.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering customized banking solutions.
∎ Risk Management: Assessing and managing credit risks associated with corporate lending, ensuring prudent risk-taking while safeguarding the bank's interests.
∎ Product and Service Innovation: Overseeing the development and enhancement of corporate banking products and services, adapting them to market trends and client demands.
∎ Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing team of relationship managers, credit analysts, and support staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
∎ Financial Performance: Monitoring and optimizing the division's financial performance, tracking key metrics, managing costs, and ensuring profitability targets are met.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all corporate banking activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards, mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other internal departments such as CRM, legal, and CAD to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
∎ Credit Decision Making: Reviewing and approving credit proposals, balancing risk and reward to make informed lending decisions for corporate clients.
∎ Market Insights: Staying abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Governance and Compliance: Ensuring that corporate banking operations adhere to the bank's governance framework and ethical standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 years of working experience in commercial banks, including 3 years as Head of Corporate Banking, Deputy Head of Corporate Banking, or experience working as a Head of a large branch dealing with corporate customers.
∎ Excellent relationship management skill with a focus on financial and budget requirements
∎ Knowledge and practice with MS office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
∎ Age at most 50 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
