Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Construction Department.
• Ensure quality assurance and standardization across all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and timely completion.
• Control construction costs and minimize material wastage through effective management.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Implement modern construction methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Lead and supervise project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting with management, clients, and stakeholders.
