Job Context

We are looking to appoint a “sales and marketing “ to a key real estate development . The appointment will be in charge of the sales, marketing and Customer Relationship Management in order to achieve profitable sales according to the agreed budget, through a competent sales team and with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and world class customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and
• Forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for Land and Flat.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing : pirating budgets.
• Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets.
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
• Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
• Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
• Manage overall sales and marketing actio1ities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
• Able to find some new corporate house who will be eligible to buy Real Estate Product.
• Building a strong relationship with the customer.
• Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target
• Should have positive mind set to achieve target monthly, quarterly & Yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Must be self motivated and dynamic.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
• Responsible for meeting the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning.
• Must have the ability to effectively manage sales team.
