Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ Banking and Finance / Marketing / Management /Economics / Bank Management/ any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Direct Sales Team and branches to ensure the yearly target in Credit Card, Debit Card, and Volume in Prepaid Card.
∎ Take initiative to expand new potential target areas to sell all Card related products.
∎ Ensure that budgeted acquisition of new VISA (Debit, Credit & Prepaid) card issuance is met across different sourcing channels.
∎ Set a dedicated and committed Sales team by getting 3rd party vendor & policy support.
∎ Plan and strategize to achieve an agreed sales target for an assigned portfolio of customers and prospects in line with the Card Division.
∎ Manage the relationship with the numerous partners to ensure the value-added services (e.g. SmartEMI @ 0%, Discounts, etc.) of Credit Cards are functioning smoothly.
∎ Organize sales promotions (i.e. campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions, etc.) and develop strategies for Pre-approve, Corporate Sales and Bundle Product, etc. with the help of Head of Cards to update with competitors’ market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Strong leadership quality to manage the entire Sales Team.
∎ Ability to acquire market information and competitive analysis.
∎ Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
∎ Problem solving & decision-making capacity.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
